Unlike traditional gyms, we pride ourselves on knowing each of our members personally - their strengths, their weaknesses, and exactly how to challenge them. Whether it’s pushing harder in a cardio finisher, lifting heavier in strength blocks, or simply showing up on the tough days, we know how to get the best out of you.

 

We create a family-like atmosphere where you feel seen, supported, and encouraged but never let off easy. Our tough love approach means you’re pushed beyond your comfort zone, yet always leave feeling accomplished, valued, and proud of what you’ve achieved.

Training & Coaches

Small Group Hybrid Training

Focusing on aerobic and anaerobic systems. Functional high-intensity and strength sessions designed to elevate your heart rate and push your strength limits with weights. These sessions target every muscle group.  We review your progress weekly to ensure you continue to build strength and cardiovascular fitness. 

Small Group Fusion Training (Mixed Strength)

Focusing on upper and lower body strength. Six-week blocks of compound movements paired with engaging accessory exercises.

Saturday Send

The ultimate weekly finisher. Full body, all-out, team driven. We hit every muscle group, every energy system and push harder- together. Different vibe, next level challenge!

1:1 and 2:1 Personal Training

Focusing on the specific goals and areas that you want to work on. Personalised training sessions that are carefully tailored to your individual needs and developed  in collaboration with your trainer to bring out the best version of you. 

1:1 Boxing

Learn boxing techniques in a personalised, one-on-one setting. No workout is ever the same.

LARA
Owner & Head Coach

I’ve been a personal trainer for 8 years and in that time I’ve helped so many people overcome gym anxiety, unlock their best selves and feel mentally and physically on top of the world. I truly wouldn’t want to be doing anything else.

My top priority is ensuring every single person that walks into Sweat Club feels seen, challenged and confident - in themselves and around others.

​

I teach clients the correct technique, giving them the skills to feel confident and progress in the gym while avoiding injury.

It was important for Sweat Club to be a positive no pressure gym environment for people who enjoy moving their body, and to receive a personalised push from an energised trainer. The only competition comes from yourself to do your personal best. Our main goal is to ensure everyone feels challenged, motivated and part of a community that thrives in each other's company. Sweat Club is a judgement free zone.
